Who is responsible
This website is run by Ulterior Safety. For any question about your data, email jasper@ulteriorsafety.com.
No analytics, no tracking, no cookies set by us
The site runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and sets no cookies of its own. Fonts are served from this site, so no third-party font service sees your visit.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
The contact form
If you use the contact form, the details you enter (name, email, organisation if given, and your message) are sent to Formspree, a form-handling service, which forwards them to Ulterior Safety by email. Formspree stores submissions under its own privacy policy.
Mail to jasper@ulteriorsafety.com is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to the founder’s mailbox. Messages are used only to reply and follow up on what you asked about.
How long data is kept, and your choices
- Messages are kept only as long as needed to reply and follow up.
- Your details are never sold, and are not shared beyond the services named above.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what Ulterior Safety holds about you by emailing the address above.
